All of our assessors are graduates of the Insitution of Fire Engineers(IFE), members of the Institure of Fire Safety Managers(IFSM) and members of the Institue of Fire Prevention Officers(IFPO).
The FSO(Fire Safety Order) applies to all non-domestic premises in England and Wales, including the common parts of blocks of flats and houses in multiple occupation (HMOs). The lasw applies to you if you are:
Responsible for businesss premises.
An employer of self-employed with business premises responsible for a part of dwelling where that part is solely used for businesss purposes.
A Chairty of volountary organisation.
A contractor with a degree of control over any premises.
Providing accommodation for paying guests.
The Landlord of a buliding.
